Anderson served the customer, which is the subject of this case study, for over 13 years with a cold formed blank that required our customer to perform a secondary drilling operation. Global competition threatened to eliminate this product line and our customer was faced with the development of a cold formed component which would not require drilling.

Anderson Manufacturing accepted the challenge to address this critical concern. Due to technological advancements in our cold forming equipment and processes, Anderson Manufacturing successfully developed a cold formed component which no longer required a secondary drilling operation.
