| History In 1976, Roy Anderson began his cold heading business with the simple premise of producing a superior product, on time. In 1992, he was one of the nominees for the National Small Business Administration's "Award For Excellence" which recognized his company as one of the top small business subcontractors offering outstanding quality and service. After twenty two years in business, Anderson Manufacturing has grown from a 19' X 19' garage operation into a 52,000 square foot modern facility operating two shifts daily.
Industries
Served
Anderson Manufacturing produces cold formed terminals, contacts, pins as well as standard, shoulder and semi tubular rivets. It also produces engineered fasteners and components for a variety of industries including automotive, electronics, furniture, battery, appliance, house ware and hardware. Our product range, which encompasses more than 1,500 different items, has been instrumental in maintaining the balanced growth of our business.
Equipment and
Production
State of the art forming equipment and high quality raw materials are used to produce our wide variety of products. Due to the continual improvement of cold heading technology, we are constantly evaluating and updating or replacing our equipment as required. With a broad range of single and multiple die progressive headers, Anderson Manufacturing is able to produce parts without the need for costly secondary operations, and, in many cases, offer an alternative to screw machine components.
Quality
Anderson Manufacturing firmly believes that quality begins with the operators of our cold heading equipment. Our trained operators use precision tools, computers and technologically advanced equipment to assure that the final products meet our customers' specifications.
Vision
Our vision is to continue to be a leader in our chosen markets by exceeding the quality and service expectations of our customers. It is our goal to remain competitive yet profitable. We will continue to offer sophisticated, value added services and systems typically not found with much larger and less personal firms.
Relationships
Even though Anderson Manufacturing produces a superior product, our many long term employees realize the effort and teamwork necessary to maintain our leadership role. It takes on-time deliveries and advanced methods of manufacturing and design to remain competitive in today's marketplace. These factors, coupled with strong customer relationships which are based upon trust and support, are vital to ensure our company's continued growth and success.
